  • Push forward with 5 weeks of building a solid base in terms of running and strength.
  • Next there is a deload week to help recovery as the training progresses.

Each week is power-packed with:

 

  • Two compromised running sessions to improve your overall fitness.

    Tactical Athlete Group Coaching includes 3 tracks.


    • MILITARY READY PROGRAM – Develop functional Strength and aerobic fitness, pass military Entrance tests/courses, master load carriage and build mental resilience.  

    • HYROX PODIUM PROGRAM – Master compromised Running, increase endurance, speed and strength. 

    • RUNNING FAST TRACK– Improve run times across multiple distances, increase endurance, speed, and stay injury free.


  • What level of athlete is this for?

    Military Ready - Beginner to Advanced


    Hyrox Podium - Intermediate to Advanced 


    Running Fast Track -Beginner to Advanced


    Athletes who get the most out of The Tactical Athlete Group Coaching Programs are for all levels from beginner to advanced. 


    If athletes are unsure of anything, there is athlete support within the app, we are all here to help!

  • How long do workouts take?

    60-75 minutes typically for MILITARY READY 


    80-100 minutes typically for HYROX PODIUM 


    60-75 minutes typically for RUNNING FAST TRACK


  • Is there an app for the Program?

    Access any program from any device using the TrueCoach training platform.

  • Is nutrition included?

    YES, all programs include Nutrition Resources - No fad diets – our approach works with any eating style and is based on quantity, quality, and protein. If you want a calorie/macro split, message support within the Truecoach app.

  • How do I get help?

    Here at The Tactical Athlete will never leave you hanging. Within the TrueCoach app, use the messaging feature to reach athlete support for any and all training questions! We aim to respond within 24 hours, if not much sooner.

  • How do I cancel?
