Laura's passion for overcoming challenges shines through her own remarkable feats, including competing internationally, ultra-running, and rowing 3,000 miles across the Atlantic Ocean in 40 days. Her philosophy? With the right training and preparation, anything is possible.


Laura aims to empower athletes to surpass their limits while prioritising their health and well-being. She believes in preventing injuries through proper training and enhancing recovery processes when they occur. Laura's blend of professional experience and personal achievements makes her an invaluable guide for anyone looking to achieve their full potential safely and sustainably.


Connor SInclair

Assistant Coach

Meet Connor Sinclair, a key member of our team with a wealth of experience in strength, conditioning, and endurance. In addition to his work with athletes and fitness enthusiasts, Connor has also been dedicated to physically training soldiers for the last 10 years, bringing an added depth of knowledge and resilience to his training methods. He employs functional movement and kettlebell training to achieve peak results, with a special interest in the psychology behind athletic success. He's committed to breaking down barriers through a holistic approach that includes mastering breathing, mindset, and mobility.


Connor's drive is matched by his achievements: completing a 250 km ultra-marathon in the Wadi Rum Desert, competing in British national biathlon skiing championships, and making a mark in world OCR championships. His goal is to forge athletes who are both mentally tough and physically strong, ready to tackle life's challenges and reach their highest potential.

Meet Kian Jackson, a key member of our team with a wealth of experience in mental wellness coaching. In addition to his work with individuals seeking to enhance their mental well-being, Kian has also been dedicated to guiding others in building resilience and coping strategies for the last 8 years. He employs evidence-based techniques and mindfulness practices to achieve peak results, with a special interest in the psychology behind mental resilience.


Kian's drive is matched by his achievements: facilitating workshops on stress management in corporate settings, contributing to research on mindfulness-based interventions for sports performance and making a mark in the field of mental wellness coaching since securing his BsC Psychology Degree.
